Is your problem on the list of Common Issues and FAQs?
Start by checking if the issue you’re experiencing isn’t already covered in the Common Issues and FAQs section of the theme’s documentation.
Make sure the theme is updated
Running on outdated themes is one of the most common source of problems. If you went through the product key activation, whenever a new theme update is available, a notification at the top of the screen should remind you to perform the update. In case it doesn't, you should check manually.
How can I check which version of the theme I’m using?
Navigate to Appearance > Themes and click Growrich's logo image (Theme Details). The version number will show up along with the theme's title (View Screenshot).
How can I find what’s the latest version available?
You can always check for the details on the latest version in the Updates History section.
Make sure Visual Composer is updated
Most often a plugin you’re installing or updating may be conflicting with the theme, another plugin or WordPress itself, so it’s best rule out this possibility by testing.
How to test for conflicting plugins?
De-activate all the 3rd party plugins you are using and see if the issue still occurs. In case it doesn’t, enable the plugins back one by one to determine which one is causing it.
Cannot access the administration panel?
If the issue you’re experiencing is blocking the access to your administration panel you can still disable the plugins you’re using by connecting to your server via FTP (using an FTP client such as FileZilla), find the plugins folder and rename it (e.g. plugins_old), this action will force WordPress to disable all plugins.
Is it happening with other themes as well?
It’s important to determine if the issue you’re experiencing is caused by the theme or not, it will help you figure out if the theme author can help you with it.
Navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate the default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen). If the issue seems to be solved using the default one, then you know it's an issue with your chosen theme.
Cannot access the administration panel?
If the issue you’re experiencing with is blocking access to your administration panel and you think it’s the theme causing it, you can connect to your server via FTP (using an FTP client such as FileZilla), find the themes folder and rename the theme’s folder inside. For example rename the shopkeeper folder to shopkeeper_old. This action forces WordPress to disable the theme and activate the default one instead.
